Any product with any defect arising as a result of a fault in installation, variation of caliber or tone is excluded from warranty.

Return and replace Policy:

1- The customer has the right to return the quantity sold to him / her within 14 days starting from the date of receipt, provided the product and packaging are intact. The customer will be refunded the paid amount in the same payment method that the customer has used in paying, but the customer will pay the shipping and delivery expenses. The customer's right to return the product is lost if he / she has used or installed it, removed its packaging, or if the product is damaged as a result of their mishandling.
2- The customer can replace the product with an alternative quantity within 30 days starting from the date of purchase, provided that the product and the packaging are both intact, while having the customer paying all shipping and delivery expenses.
3- If there is a defect or if the product does not comply with the Egyptian standards, please stop the installation immediately, and contact Gemma’s customer service on the hotline 16757 to immediately work on solving the problem within 7 workdays.
4- In case of return: The application is made by contacting the customer service on the numbers shown on the website or by filling out the form related to this on the website. The appropriate time to return the product is selected within 1 to 5 days from the date of submitting the application. A representative will be sent to inspect and receive the product according to the conditions stated above. The refund will be made in the same payment method within 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.

Shipping and delivery:

Please know that the official working hours are from Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays, starting from the date of placing the order on gemma.com.eg from 10 am to 6 pm and for 72 hours from the date of placing the order, excluding the delay due to emergency incidents such as lightning, storms, torrents, floods, civil disturbances, and other reasons that are beyond the control of the Gemma.
